Processing Method
Chemical Resistant Laminate is formed by Chemical resistant film, laminating decorative color sheet dipped with melamine resin, and multi-layer black or brown kraft paper dipped with phenolic resin, then pressing them with steel plate under high temperature (150 degrees centigrade) and high pressure (1430 psi). The thickness ranges from 2mm to 25mm by adjusting the number of pieces of kraft as needed.
