The instruction of BQS series mining flame-proof sand submersible electric pump is accordance with GB/T9969-2008

(I) Product execution standard and characteristics

BQS series mining flame-proof sand submersible electric pump (hereinafter referred to as electric pump)execution standard:

• GB3836-2010 "explosive environment"
• MT/T671-2005 "coal mine flameproof submersible pump"

The electric motor is flameproof type, symbol is "ExdI Mb". The electric pump is a "downdraft" type mine flameproof sand submersible electric pump, which is developed by ourselves on the basis of full market research and developed by the traditional dry three phase asynchronous motor. It is designed and manufactured according to the flameproof standard, and the motor parts has adopted strictly detonating measures, and the motor shell adopted steel parts. The pump can dry the shallow surface water, and can also could work under the water for a long time. The pump has the advantages of compact structure, light and easy moving, double sealed, durable advantages, safety and reliability, strong adaptability etc..

Working environment and condition

Pump could continuous uninterrupted running in normal under the following condition:

1. Power supply rated frequency is 50Hz, rated voltage is AC 380V,660V or 1140V with three phase.(user should confirm the voltage value when make orders)

2. The pump could working in the shallow surface water or submerged no more than 5m.

3. Medium temperature should not more than 40℃, working environment temperature range is 0-40℃.

4. Medium PH value: 6-8

5. The volume of solid impurities in water is not more than 2%, and the density of the medium is less than 1.02 x 103kg/m3.

6. The size of the solid particles in the water is not more than 50% of the minimum size of the pump flow passage cross section.

• Standard pumps are made of QT600-3 nodular cast iron,to ensure long-term durability；
• The mechanical seals have high pressure resistance, which enables pumps to submerged deeper；
• The pump equipped with cooling jacket, could not fully submerged in the medium,the flow parts below the motor, water cooling the motor during the operation extending service life and enabling work at the low water level；
• The motor is cooled by the pumped water to ensure safe operation；
• The design of the top outlet is more space saving；
• Sealed motors available with optional built-in thermal protection；
• Sealed pressure relief port prevents pumping pressure from acting on the shaft seal.
