Working Environment and Conditions

 

The pump is designed to operate continuously and uninterruptedly under the following conditions:

 

  1. Power Supply: The rated frequency of the power supply is 50Hz, and the rated voltage is three - phase AC 380V, 660V, or 1140V. (Customers are required to confirm the voltage value when placing an order.)
  2. Submersion Depth: The pump can function either in shallow surface water or when submerged to a depth not exceeding 5m.
  3. Temperature: The temperature of the medium should not exceed 40℃, and the working environment temperature ranges from 0℃ to 40℃.
  4. pH Value: The pH value of the medium should be within the range of 6 - 8.
  5. Solid Impurities and Medium Density: The volume fraction of solid impurities in water should not exceed 2%, and the density of the medium should be less than 1.02 x 10³ kg/m³.
  6. Solid Particle Size: The size of solid particles in the water should not exceed 50% of the minimum cross - sectional size of the pump's flow passage.

 

 


Product Working Principle

After the electric pump is connected with the power source, the stator generates a rotating magnetic field to rotate the rotor, thereby driving the impeller to rotate. Due to the centrifugal action of the blade, there will have a great speed and high pressure, through the volute and delivery pipe, the water will be rised to the desired height.

 

 

Standard pumps are constructed using QT600-3 nodular cast iron, a highly durable material that ensures outstanding longevity. This robust design enables the pump to endure the demands of continuous, long-term operation without compromising performance.

The pumps feature advanced mechanical seals specifically designed for high-pressure resistance. This enhances their operational efficiency and enables deeper submergence, making them suitable for a wide range of challenging applications.

Incorporating a cooling jacket, these pumps are engineered to function without the need for full submersion. The flow components are positioned below the motor, allowing water to cool the motor during operation. This innovative configuration not only prolongs the motor's service life but also ensures efficient performance even at low water levels.

The motor employs a self-cooling mechanism, using the pumped water to regulate its temperature. This design ensures safe and reliable operation under standard working conditions.

With a top-outlet configuration, these pumps offer a space-efficient solution. This design minimizes installation space requirements, making integration into different systems more convenient.

For additional motor protection, the pumps are available with an optional built-in thermal protection system. This feature prevents overheating and reduces the risk of motor damage, enhancing long-term reliability.

To further safeguard the pump's components, a sealed pressure relief port is incorporated. This prevents direct pumping pressure from impacting the shaft seal, ensuring both the durability of the shaft seal and the overall performance of the pump.
