Product Structure Feature

1. The BQS series flameproof underground sand pump structure, top part is flameproof electric motor, the central part is mechanical seal, the lower part is pump, the motor, mechanical seal and pump is connected by Shaft coupling.

2. The electric pump is made up of the impeller, the worm shell, the inlet section, the outlet and so on. The fixed of the impeller is fastened by the nut.

3. The motor is three phase AC flame-proof dry squirrel cage asynchronous motor, and the stator winding is made of polyester enameled wire, so that the life of the motor is greatly improved.

4. The shell of the pump is made by steel, cast iron and so on. It is small volume, anti - collision, safe and reliable, durable on operation.

5. The cable adopts special sealing structure, and the water will not enter the motor inner. The motor shaft extends was sealed by rubber oil to prevent silt. The seal includes the dynamic seal and the static seal, and it is adopted the whole type double end mechanical seal. It is filled with 15# or 20# mechanical oil in the cavity, which is formed by the upper cover of the impeller and the bearing support under the shell.
