Q: Are your factory a trading one or a factory?
A: We have own factory since 2013. But export the products more than 20 years.
Q: What payment terns can you accept?
A: T/T, L/C at sight, Western Union.
Q: What about your cooperation process?
A: We can do EXW, FOB and CIF as your required. 40% deposit and 60% balance before shipping.
Q: Does your company accept the customized logo and design?
A: Yes, we have own R&D team, we also accept the OEM/ODM.
Q: What is your package?
A: Our regular export package is 1pc packed by PE or PVC bag or colorful packaging box per customer's requirement, then into master brown carton.
Q: Can you provide the sample?
A:
1) In stock one: Free sample can be provided with freight collected if there is stock.
2) Out off stock one: Twice as the unit price with freight collected. The additional half price will be returned after have mass order.
3) Customized one: Triple as the unit price with freight collected with freight collect. The additional twice price will be returned after have mass order.
Q: What is your delivery date for sample?
A: 2-3 days for the inventory sample. 7-12 days for the customized sample.
Q: What is your delivery date for the production order?
A: 30-35 days after 30% receipt deposit.
