Processing Guidelines
For optimal performance, maintain processing temperature below 220°C during twin-screw blending and granulation. Use medium strength screw combinations and maintain vacuum during processing. For non-fiber systems, use appropriate screen mesh sizes during extrusion.
Important Note: Avoid substances that adversely affect flame retardancy including calcium carbonate, carbon black exceeding 0.5%, and additives containing Br and Cl elements.
