Product Overview
HF-900A is a halogen-free environmentally friendly flame retardant based on Ammonium Polyphosphate, fully compliant with RoHS and REACH regulations. This specialized formulation is designed for various flame-retardant PP products and can also be used for other polyolefin flame-retardant applications.
Flame Retardant Mechanism
The product operates through a sophisticated intumescent system composed of acid source, gas source, and carbon source. Utilizing phosphorus and nitrogen as primary flame retardant elements, it forms an expanded carbon layer that effectively blocks oxygen and fire sources to provide superior flame protection.
