HF-904E is a halogen-free, environmentally friendly flame retardant based on Ammonium Polyphosphate, fully compliant with RoHS and REACH regulations. This specialized formulation is designed for various flame-retardant polypropylene applications and can also be used with other polyolefin materials.
Flame Retardant Mechanism
The product utilizes a sophisticated intumescent system composed of acid source, gas source, and carbon source components. Using phosphorus and nitrogen as primary flame retardant elements, it forms an expanded carbon layer that effectively blocks oxygen and fire sources to provide superior flame retardant protection.
