Product Introduction:
EP-Y011 is an environmentally friendly molybdenum-based flame retardant and smoke suppressant. It achieves the smoke suppression effect by promoting char formation in the solid phase and reducing the generation of smoke particles. It also has a certain flame retardant effect and fully complies with environmental regulations such as the EU RoHS Directive and REACH Regulation. Products or wires made with it have smooth surfaces, excellent anti-precipitation and water resistance, and good electrical performance retention.

Application Fields:
Suitable for reducing smoke density and improving flame retardant effect in various polymers, including PVC, polyolefins, epoxy resins, etc. It can be used with other flame retardants to make materials pass flame retardant and smoke suppression tests such as UL910, ASTM-84, and ASTM-E66.
Usage Notes:
Since the addition amount of EP-Y011 in flame retardant resins is relatively small, it is better to mix it with other additives first, and then mix with the resin to ensure uniform mixing of the flame retardant and stable flame retardant effect.
