Thickening the middel two plates is very important and cut from a whole plate instead of welding which can reduce the risk of breaking. If the middle two plates are cut from one whole complete plate, it will enhance strength. 

The middel two plates' thickness will reach 20mm which is strength enough to bear the huge stress and wear resistant.
