Installation & Operation Guidelines
- Secure mounting through at least four surrounding mounting holes
- Inlet should be on same horizontal line as or lower than outlet
- Use PVDF material water pipes of Φ6/Φ4mm specifications
- Flush with water before use to remove air from circulation loop
- Ensure reliable electrical connections for high operating currents
- Maximum water pressure: 1.5 MPa during normal operation
- Operating conditions: Ambient temperature 0-60°C, Inlet temperature 0-70°C
- Flow rate per resistor: 2-5 L/min, Outlet temperature ≤80°C
- Cooling water electrical conductivity ≤5 μs/cm (lower preferred)
