Introduction:

Hoist type wood charcoal making furnace is energy-saving type which includes furnace body,inner pot, cover, top of inner pot and smoke recycling pipe.

The inner pot of the furnaces for production of charcoal can be hanged outside which will save a lot of cooling time, so the productivity effect increases a lot. It is the ideal choice for mass production of charcoal.

Procedures on inputting the raw material:

1. Open the cover of the furnace

2. Hoist the inner stove out of the furnace and open the cover of inner stove, then make it into a tilt for easy material loading.

3. When loading1/2 material, put one high temperature resistant steel wire mesh and continuous adding material above the steel wire mesh.

4. After finish inputting the material, close the cover of inner stove and hoist it into the carbonization furnace. Then put some clay or sand among the inside stove and outside stove for insulation.

Why it is no pollution?

1. Smoking purification system are used for purify the smoking (can not burning) and filter the wood tar. The smoke through the purification system will become water vapor,and it will not pollute the air.

2. Durning the process of carbonizing, there will be some smoke (can be burning). Thesmoke will return to the furnace, through the tubes for purifying, after purification, the combustible smoking can be flow into the heating room of the main furnace for heatingthe stove 

again.

Packaging & Shipping

1.Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container.

2. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
