The main conveyor allows the transport of trays and rafts of 600mm width to a cutting blade (adjustable cutting height). Once the crop is cut at the right height, the second conveyor transports it to put it directly in the box.

Table equipped with swivel wheels with brakes to move on flat ground, ideally a concrete area. Harvesting machine can be handled by two operators to move the harvesting machine as close as possible to the bins and crops. Storage area to put harvesting boxes or to put trays of harvested crops.

The batteries are equipped with a safety device that prevents the packs from being discharged too deeply.

• Speeds up the cutting process up to approximately 25 trays per minute as opposed to hand cutting each tray.   
• The cutter allows almost zero waste.  The product has no damage as the Microgreen Harvester provides a gentle clean cut.   
• It is capable of cutting the smallest of microgreens.

1.Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container.

2. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
