• Sprouts are germinated with water (no soil) and have a harvest window of 4-6 days. The sprout is harvested with the seed still attached; they often become a breeding ground for some nasty bacteria. Because of this, more food safety regulations are in place for sprout production.
• Growers harvest microgreens by removing them from the root and seed, making them less susceptible to waterborne bacterial contamination.
• conveyor motorized by a 250W motor, adjustable speed from 0 to 4,5m/min.

Our Micro Green Harvester can be electrical and engine driven and is developed for trimming trays over the transport
belt or trimming handheld.
We can supply the complete Micro Green Harvester machine with CE.

The cutting with 54 cm and a control cabinet (with variable speed, and prepared for adding a separate ventilator). Option for the a DIY kit is a feed-out box for sideway transportation of the trimmings. See right picture, the stand on the picture is excluded.

A complete frame can be built to specifications. For this, we will involve one of our frame-builders, to supply you directly.
The second picture shows a simple system, with demo frame; needs to be modified to be according to CE regulations!
