Our customizable modular machines are characterized by the possibility of selecting multiple sowing solutions such as: automatic drum seeding lines, row seeding lines or plate seeding lines. The drum seeding lines can be accessorized with single, double or triple sowing heads. Trying to meet the different needs of our customers we offer ad hoc solutions for production with non-standard seeds such as our volumetric seeder suitable for large seeds.

Drum seeding lines are modular lines capable of sowing up to 650 containers per hour. They are suitable for all types of trays: polystyrene, thermoformed and rigid injection molded plastic.

Depending on the used type, a distributor is available that allows the automatic insertion of empty containers in the line. The tray filler of these lines guarantees excellent coverage uniformity for all the cells and the ability to adjust the final density of the soil.

Working theory: 

Air aspiration type seeder is use the high speed fan to produce negative pressure, and pass on to the vacuum chamber of the seeding machine. When seeding tray returned, it will adsorb the seed and rotate with the seed tray. When the seed rool out the vacuum chamber, it will not bear negative pressure, and fall down to the tray by the self weight.

3) One tray per seeding, high efficiency, the capacity is 220-240 per hour.

4) The seeding accuracy is more than 95%-98%.

1.Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container.
2. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
