The pneumatic button/coin cell packaging experimental equipment is mainly used for sample production of battery material research and development in the laboratory to conduct button cell and capacitor scientific research sealing, and also can be used for small batch trial production in the factory. It uses electric mode to save labor. Different molds can also be configured for battery disassembly, pole slice pressing, battery powder pressing and other operations.
Features:
1.Pure pneumatic operation, no need for electricity, easy to use;
2.Compressed air or inert gas cylinders can be used for gas supply, and the compressed air exhaust can be connected externally to prevent damaging the atmosphere of the glove box;
3.Precision mold design ensures accurate and reliable sealing and molding, solid steel structure design, stable and safe use;
4.The inner ring of the sealing cup of the upper mold is equipped with a screw spring centering mechanism to ensure that if the battery is stuck and cannot be taken out when sealing, just twist the top screw to force the button cell out;
5.The lower mold uses a high-precision positioning ring to limit the height of the battery packaging, to avoid damage to the
battery and sealing cup in case of excessive and unstable packaging pressure
