1 Applicable battery specifications for this filling station: Prismastic cell battery, cylindrical capacitor, hard shell battery with Electrolyte Filling injection volume of 0-1000ml (specific parameters provided by your company shall prevail)

2 Using vacuum high pressure liquid injection, the number of batteries in the bracket: 1 or customized.

3 Single machine efficiency: 1-2.5PPM per minute. (The specific situation depends on the actual parameters of your company)

4 The injection accuracy is ±0.25%, and the injection volume is adjustable from 0 to 500ml.

5 The static mode of vacuum pumping first and liquid injection, and vacuum and pressure alternating after liquid injection, has high efficiency, accurate precision, convenient and reliable operation.

6 Vacuum time, vacuum degree, liquid injection time, pressure and time can be set and adjusted.

Work  condition

1 Ambient temperature: determined by the environment of  workshop;

2 Relative humidity: Dry air shall be provided;

3 Power supply: 220V, 60HZ, voltage fluctuation range: +10% ~ -10%;

4 Compressed air: after drying, filtering and pressure regulation: the outlet pressure is greater than 5.0kg/cm2;

5 Vacuum source: vacuum pump 10 L/s, above -98KPa, or pipeline vacuum (above -98KPa);

6 Nitrogen: >0.4MPa;

7 shall ensure that the air on site is unimpeded.
