(III) equipment introduction:

1. The scanning range of galvanometer is 150*150mm, and the part out of range is welded through xy axis moving area;

2. Regional moving format x800 y600;

3. The distance between the vibrating lens and the welding surface of the workpiece is 335mm, and products with different heights are used after adjusting the z-axis height;

4. Manual adjustment of z-axis height, adjustment range 200mm;

5. The galvanometer scanning welding system is adopted to reduce the movement time of the shaft and the welding efficiency is higher;

6. The worktable adopts a gantry structure, the product does not move, and the laser head is moved and welded to reduce the wear of the moving shaft;

7. The laser workbench is designed in an integrated way, and the workshop is arranged in different positions, thus saving the floor space;

8. The large aluminum plate table top is smooth and beautiful. The table top is equipped with 100*100 mounting holes, which is convenient to lock the fixture;

9. The lens protects the air knife and uses high-pressure gas to isolate the spatter generated during welding (it is recommended that the compressed air pressure be more than 2kg).
