Maintenance methods and precautions

1.Before each work session, carefully wipe the surfaces of the two rolls with a soft cloth dampened in alcohol to keep them clean.

2. Lubricate the moving parts of the gears with oil to ensure smooth movement.

3. Do not use air pumps for purging to prevent dust from entering the bearings and affecting the usage accuracy.

4. If the roller is not used for a long time, wipe the surface clean and spray anti-rust oil on it to protect the roller surface from erosion.

5. Regularly inspect the screws, nuts, pins and other fasteners of all parts of the machine to prevent loosening and eliminate machine quality accidents and personal accidents.

When adjusting the rolling gap, the small hands on both sides should be adjusted evenly to avoid damaging other parts. After adjustment, the dial indicator can be removed to prevent accidental damage during production and use.
