The production speed of the battery cell equipment is ≥30PPM and within 1200mm long negative electrode sheets. (21700 battery cell

The utilization rate is ≥95%

The utilization rate ={total production/(startup time - necessary deduction time) × Theoretical production speed of the equipment}×100%. Necessary deduction time: downtime not caused by equipment reasons, such as material change, tape joining and other production preparation times.

2. The pass rate is ≥98%

The yield rate = total number of good products/(Total production - necessary deduction quantity) ×100%

(Except for poor material factors)

Necessary deductions should be made for defective products not caused by equipment factors, such as poor tape connection, excessive film length, and missing tabs, etc.
