A shape carbide burrs and B shape carbide burrs are both cylindrical tungsten carbide burrs,but they have the following differences:
1.Shape and Cutting Edge
• A Shape:The end of the burr is plain without a cutting edge.
• B Shape:The end of the burr is equipped with a cutting edge.
2.Applications
• A Shape:Enlarging notches or holes, Removing broken screws, Chamfering, Deburring, Creating clean finishes for narrow and small spaces, Creating intricate details in various materials.
• B Shape:Removing surface flaws, Creating curves, Carving, Deburring edges of holes, Enlarging holes, Cutting grooves.
3.Suitability for Different Tasks
• A Shape:More suitable for tasks that require a plain end without the need for end cutting,such as deburring and chamfering in narrow spaces.
• B Shape:More versatile due to the end cutting edge,making it suitable for a wider range of tasks including surface flaw removal,hole enlargement,and groove cutting.
