The R2×4×8×4×75 Ball Nose End Mill is a high-precision cutting tool designed for advanced machining tasks requiring tight tolerances and superior surface finishes. Manufactured from ultra-fine grain solid carbide and coated with TiAlSiN (Titanium Aluminum Silicon Nitride), this tool excels in high-speed dry or wet machining of hardened materials up to HRC65.

Its 2 mm ball nose radius (R2) combined with a 4-flute configuration allows for smooth cutting action, reduced vibration, and excellent chip evacuation — ideal for mold making, 3D profiling, and finishing operations.
