It is a small concrete wet spraying trolley specially designed for low mine shafts, with a self-made high-strength engineering chassis, high degree of integration, complete functions, small size, and small turning radius. It can meet the working needs of low mine tunnels to the greatest extent.
1. The chassis adopts a hydro-statically driven engineering off-road chassis, four-wheel drive, articulated steering, wet brakes, and two-way driving. It has stronger climbing ability, lower driving difficulty, higher safety performance and better reliability performance.
- Braking system: hydraulic wet double brake, oil brake for driving, spring brake for parking, hydraulic release, fail-safe parking brake, comply with mine safety requirements.
- The steel plate material of the boom is made of high-strength steel plate with a yield strength of 700 MPa. The fully hydraulic telescopic and rotating mechanical arm controlled by the German Hawe proportional valve has strong load-bearing capacity, stable movement, flexible operation, and no spraying blind area.
- The large-diameter and long-stroke pumping cylinder of the pumping system has better concrete absorption performance, longer service life, and is less likely to clog the pipe.
- The main controller of the electrical system adopts the German IFM special controller, and the main electrical components are all imported Schneider or Japanese Mitsubishi brands.
- All operations are centralized using a wireless remote control system and equipped with 16 meter wire, which can achieve dual-control and is no longer limited by batteries, locations, or usage time.
- The accelerating agent system adopts a hose pump system controlled by an imported hydraulic proportional valve. According to the preset ratio, the amount of admixture and the amount of concrete pumping are intelligently synchronized.
- Wet concrete sprayer is equipped with dual power systems. Diesel power can retract the boom and handle with emergency pumping and discharge, which absolutely avoids unexpected power outages or failures that cause concrete to solidify in the cylinder.
