Machine Description
The TP-12060 CNC optical fiber laser cutting machine is a complete set of laser cutting equipment composed of fiber laser, chillers, fiber cutting head, cutting machine, control system, water and air system and ventilation system. The machine features a gantry mobile structure with two axes linkage and three axes control, where X and Y axes linkage achieves cutting plane feed while Z-axis tracks the workpiece surface floating.
The machine utilizes high-quality components including AC servo motors for drive, German brand CNC system, and specialized cutting control software. It's capable of cutting stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, titanium and other metal materials with high precision.
Machine Structure
The machine frame is welded from high quality steel plate and steel tube, processed by Vibratory Stress Relief and precision machining. This construction provides excellent shake proof capacity, rigidity, and stability in high speed operation while maintaining high accuracy cutting.
