BOMCO F1000 Mud Pump Liner Overview
The BOMCO F1000 Mud Pump Liner combines the strength of a forged steel outer shell with superior abrasion and corrosion resistance from a high chrome inner sleeve. These integral forging mud pump liners feature a centrifugally cast high chrome iron sleeve that is precision machined and heat treated to achieve a minimum uniform bore hardness of 59-65HRC.
As the main expendable component of mud pumps, this bi-metal cylinder liner utilizes double metal fixation technology and represents one of the most widely used mud pump fluid end fittings in the industry.
Production Process
Our BOMCO F1000 Mud Pump Liner manufacturing process combines the advantages of abrasion-resistant hot-forged outer liners with corrosion-resistant high chrome inner liners. The outer liner is formed from high-quality carbon steel through hot pressing, achieving tensile strength exceeding 900,000 psi. The inner liner is manufactured using high-chromium alloy through centrifugal casting technology.

Mud pump liners are available in both Bi-metal Liners and Ceramic Liners. Standard sizes include 6 1/2", 7", 140mm, 150mm, 160mm, 170mm, 200mm, and 230mm liners.
Ceramic Liner Option
Ceramic Liners combine the strength of a forged steel outer shell with exceptional abrasion and corrosion resistance from a ceramic inner sleeve. The ceramic cylinder inner sleeve utilizes zirconia-toughened alumina ceramics (national patent), leveraging zirconium oxide's high fracture toughness combined with alumina's high hardness to significantly improve product fatigue strength.
The outer coat uses 45 steel forging with excellent mechanical properties. After tempering heat treatment, hardness reaches HB235-265 with tensile strength not less than 655 MPa.
