Liner Lock Ring was used in Mud Pump Fluid End.

Install the cylinder liner sealing ring into the counterbore of the hydraulic cylinder. Install the wear plate into place through stud bolts. Then install the cylinder liner flange, apply Le Tai glue 277 to the inner hole of the nut, and tighten the nut.

Install the cylinder liner sealing ring, apply grease to the inner surface of the cylinder liner gland, and then sleeve onto the cylinder liner. Install cylinder liner locking ring and O-ring.

Apply grease to the threads of the cylinder liner gland, spin the cylinder liner into the cylinder liner flange, and knock it tight. Then fit the clamp. Install mudguards before installing clamps.
