What is Liner press cover?

Liner press cover was used in Mud Pump Fluid End.The Liner Press Cover is installed on the back of the liquid cylinder and is the main accessory of the hydraulic end of the drilling mud pump.

It is fixed on the liquid cylinder through the cylinder liner flange, and the Liner Press Cover the cylinder liner through the end to fix the cylinder liner. The Liner Press Cover blank is forged from 35CrMo, and is a ZG35CrMo precision casting, modulated by HB215-255.

1. Liner Press Cover is one of main easy damagable parts of hydraulic end of mud pump. The cylinder liner is installed at the back of cylinder that is used for the fixation of cylinder liner and is fixed on the cylinder through the cylinder liner flange and the cyliner liner gland presses the cylinder liner tightly through the terminal.

2. As the pump's structure upgrading, the drawings are changed and upgraded constantly, however the uniqueness of drawing number exits, hence it can confirm the products quickly.
