D-9076 is a new type of polymer dispersant developed based on block polymerization technology. Its molecular structure contains multiple pigment loving groups, which has strong adsorption capacity for various pigments. Its solvated chain segments have outstanding compatibility with various resin systems, and are widely used. It has excellent performance in reducing the viscosity of color paste, increasing the amount of pigment filling, and has good storage stability.

Characteristic

1. It can improve the wettability of carbon black pigment and shorten the dispersion time.

2. Reduce floating color separation.

3. Prevent carbon black pigment from reaggregating, and stabilize the color spread/tone of color paste.

4. Reduce the viscosity of carbon black.

Scope of application

1. Especially recommended for stable acid and neutral carbon black pigments.

2. Suitable for solvent, solvent-free, adhesive, PVC plastic and color masterbatch.

3. It does not contain plasticizers and is suitable for applications in contact with food.

Dosage and method

Titanium dioxide: 1-3%

Inorganic pigment: 5-10%

Organic pigment: 10-25%

Carbon black: 15-50%

In order to obtain the best performance, the additive must be well mixed with the abrasive before adding the pigment.

Storage and packaging

25KG and 50KG plastic drums.

Store in a cool and dry place. When unopened, the storage period is 2 years.
