Dispersant D110R
Description
D110R prevents pigment flocculation by establishing a spatial barrier effect between pigment particles. It can give isoelectric point to pigment particles and prevent flocculation of non isoelectric pigments. Because it can keep the pigment in the minimum particle size state without flocculation, it can achieve higher gloss and higher coloring strength, and improve the transparency and hiding power. D110R significantly reduces the viscosity of titanium white grinding system, improves leveling, increases the pigment concentration of titanium white, and ensures that the white paint does not turn yellow.
D110R is suitable for stabilizing the dispersion of inorganic pigments, especially titanium dioxide. In general, it can be used in combination with amine anchored dispersants such as D2163R and D163R.
