Princeple
The visual dot counting machine is usually composed of a high-speed industrial camera, light source, image processing system, control system and mechanical transmission device. When working, the object to be counted is first illuminated by a light source to make its features more obvious and convenient for the camera to capture. High-speed industrial cameras take quick pictures of objects on conveyor belts or in a specific area, acquiring images of objects. Then, the image processing system analyses and processes the captured images, identifies individual objects based on information such as pixel distribution, shape, and colour, and counts them. The control system controls the operation of the mechanical transmission according to the counting results of the image processing system, such as stopping the conveyor belt, controlling the unloading, etc., to achieve accurate counting and subsequent operations such as packaging.
