• Gray Cardboard, also referred to as Double Grey Cardboard, is a highly versatile and durable material widely utilized in the production of paper boxes, book covers, folders, and furniture components. With a weight range from 180 grams to 2500 grams and a thickness range from 0.17 mm to 4 mm, this material offers flexibility to meet a variety of functional and aesthetic requirements. Additionally, it can be customized to meet specific customer needs, making it suitable for a diverse array of applications across multiple industries.

• Our gray cardboard is available in multiple quality grades to cater to varying customer demands. The A Grade is typically used for the production of paper boxes and laptop covers, where a balance of strength and flexibility is required. The AA Grade is preferred for folders and similar items, providing an optimal combination of sturdiness and pliability. The AAA Grade is designed for applications that demand higher levels of stiffness and structural integrity, such as furniture backboards.

• In addition to standard sizes and thicknesses, our gray cardboard can be tailored according to specific customer requirements, ensuring the ideal material choice for each unique application. Package

• The gray cardboard can be packaged either in bulk or by reams, based on the specific requirements of the customer. We offer flexible packaging options to ensure the most efficient and convenient delivery.

• Our standard packaging configuration is 1.03 cubic meters (CBM) per pallet, with a total weight of approximately 1000 kilograms per pallet. This allows for easy handling and transport, ensuring that the product remains in optimal condition during shipment.

• For containerized shipments, our gray cardboard is efficiently loaded to maximize space and reduce shipping costs. A 20-foot container can typically accommodate up to 16 tons of product, while a 40-foot high cube (40HQ) container can hold approximately 27 tons. These loading capacities allow for large-scale shipments, making it an ideal choice for both domestic and international deliveries.
