Accurate heating time is critical for quality welds. Insufficient heating causes uneven pipe fitting heating and connection difficulties, while excessive heating leads to material melting and loss of colloidal substance.
After reaching the required heating time, immediately remove pipes and fittings from the heating jacket and insert them to the marked depth in a straight line without rotation, forming a uniform flange at the joint.

- Secure pipe in left side jig and fitting in right adjustable shelf
- Select appropriate mold size for pipe diameter
- Install concave mold on left and convex mold on right heating plate
- Set temperature control to 250±10°C and wait for green light indication
- When green light illuminates, proceed with welding operation
- Rotate hand wheel to weld pipe and fitting together
- After reaching required dimensions, allow 30 seconds heat absorption
- Quickly withdraw welding die head and allow compression cooling to room temperature
