Welding Preparation
- Place all equipment on stable, dry surface before operation
- Verify power supply compatibility and equipment condition
- Ensure electrical circuits are undamaged and detection indicators function normally
- Confirm milling cutter blade sharpness and complete parts/tools availability
- Install appropriate fixture based on pipe outer diameter
Welding Procedure
- Inspect pipe specifications, pressure grade, and surface condition
- Clean pipe ends thoroughly with clean cloth
- Position pipes in frame with equal extension and proper support
- Use milling cutter to create continuous chips (0.2-0.5mm thickness)
- Check alignment and gap requirements (max 10% wall thickness)
- Clean heating plate surface and apply specified pressure and temperature
- Complete welding cycle with proper heating, joining, and cooling phases
