Welding Preparation & Procedure
Preparation: Ensure equipment is placed on stable, dry surface. Verify power supply meets requirements (220V±10%, 50Hz). Check electrical circuits, detection indicators, and blade sharpness. Replace fixtures according to pipe outer diameter.
Welding Process: Milling cutter cleans and smooths pipe ends before heating. Heating plate reaches designated temperature for fusion welding.
