Welding Procedure
- Prepare equipment on stable, dry surface and verify power supply compatibility
- Select appropriate fixture based on pipe outer diameter
- Clean pipe ends and secure in frame with proper support
- Mill pipe ends using reversible cutting blades (0.2-0.5mm chip thickness)
- Verify alignment (max 10% wall thickness misalignment)
- Apply heating plate at 270℃ with specified pressure
- Maintain contact pressure during heating phase
- Quickly remove heating plate and join pipe ends
- Apply welding pressure and maintain for natural cooling
