Loosen front and rear chucks, insert pipe through rear chuck, then tighten chucks sequentially to secure the pipe firmly in position.
Select appropriate threading die and die head based on pipe size requirements, install dies in sequence, and adjust spacing to required scale lines.
Position die head against copying block, start machine, and apply gradual cutting feed pressure until automatic threading begins. The die head will automatically open when threading is complete.
Perform cutting operations before chamfering. Use cutting knife frame with gradual pressure application to prevent pipe deformation and tool damage.
