Position cutting knife frame and chamferer, lower die head to contact copying block. After secure positioning, start machine and rotate pipe counter-clockwise while operating cutting feed hand wheel. Apply gradual pressure until 3-4 threads are formed, then allow automatic threading to complete.

Raise chamferer and die head above pipe level. Lower cutting knife frame and adjust opening to straddle pipe. Position cutting knife at required location, clamp securely, and begin cutting with controlled feed rotation.

Common issues include motor failure, pipe slippage, cutting difficulties, and cooling system problems. Regular inspection of clamping jaws, cutting blades, and lubrication systems ensures optimal performance and extends machine lifespan.
