The ZIT-M33 Universal Pipe Threading Machine Set is a versatile industrial tool designed for on-site threading of round bars and bolts. This robust machine accommodates different dies to function as both a pipe threading machine and bolt threading machine, providing exceptional flexibility for various metalworking applications.

1. Pull the cutting knife frame and chamferer; position die head to touch the copying block. After secure positioning, press the start button.
2. Rotate the pipe counter-clockwise while turning the cutting feed hand wheel to bring the die head closer to the pipe.
3. Apply pressure to the cutting feed hand wheel until the die head creates 3-4 threads on the pipe.
4. Loosen the cutting feed hand wheel to initiate automatic threading. When the die head roller passes over the copying block and drops, the threading die opens automatically, completing the process (M12-M33 models require manual die loosening and return).
5. Stop the machine. Return the carriage until the die head fully exits the pipe end. Pull out the die head, lock the handle, and raise the die head.
