- Quick-open die heads for GI/MS/SS pipes, bolts, and conduit
- Hammer-type chuck with replaceable rocker-action jaw inserts
- Cam-action rear centering device for precise alignment
- Integrated oiling system with self-priming, constant-flow reservoir
- Standard alloy dies for extended durability
- Automatic threading operation with manual override capability
1. Pull the cutting knife frame and chamferer; position die head against copying block. After secure positioning, press start button.
2. Rotate pipe counter-clockwise while turning cutting feed handwheel to bring die head toward pipe.
3. Apply pressure to cutting feed handwheel until die head creates 3-4 threads on pipe.
4. Release handwheel for automatic threading. When die head roller passes copying block and drops, threading die opens automatically and process completes (machine must reverse to exit threading die).
5. Stop machine. Return carriage until entire die head exits pipe end. Pull out die head, lock handle, and lift die head.
- Machine must be properly grounded with anti-creep device installed
- Keep children away from operating area to prevent injury
- Do not share electrical socket with high-power equipment like welding machines
- Avoid installing pipe clamps on machine to prevent cabinet damage
- Use appropriate cooling solutions - avoid saponified liquids or water
- Use low-gear processing mode for pipes larger than 2½"
- Note: Pipe ovality may cause uneven thread depth - inspect pipe quality if issues occur
