This advanced hydraulic roll groover features an updated hydraulic pump with convenient depth adjustment, powered by a 750W induction motor. Operation Procedure
Select appropriate pinch roller and knurl wheel for installation. Position pipe on knurl wheel and pipe stands at 3/4 length point, adjusting height to maintain 1 degree below horizontal. Tighten relief valve and operate hydraulic pump until pinch roller contacts pipe end. Set groove depth using limit nut (2.5mm per rotation) according to pipe diameter specifications. Engage side guide wheel for pipe support, then activate machine to begin grooving process. Complete operation with additional rotations to ensure proper groove formation.
