The STB80 SUNTECHMACH Manual Hydraulic Pipe Bender is engineered for precision cold bending of thick-walled pipes ranging from 1/2" to 3" in diameter. This industrial-grade tool handles various pipe types including gas, water, steam pipes, non-heated black iron pipes, galvanized pipes, and schedule 40 & 80 pipes, achieving bends up to 90° while complying with GB/T 3091, DIN 2440, EN 10255, and BS1387 standards.

1. Tighten the release valve by turning clockwise
2. Loosen the vented oil bolt
3. Apply grease to die cover, swagging blocks, and the pipe
4. Lift the upper plate and affix the bending die to the cylinder ram
5. Position swagging blocks with grooves facing toward the pipe die
6. Ensure pipe extends beyond swagging blocks to account for shortening during bending
7. Adjust swagging blocks closer for shorter pipes
8. Return upper plate and advance the die using the included handle
9. Use the forming pump to apply pressure and achieve desired bend angle
10. Release pressure by opening the release valve after bending completion
11. Lift upper plate to remove the bent pipe
