1. Tighten release valve clockwise
2. Loosen vented oil bolt
3. Apply grease to die cover, swagging blocks, and pipe
4. Lift upper plate and attach bending die to cylinder ram
5. Position swagging blocks with grooves facing pipe die
6. Ensure pipe extends beyond swagging blocks to account for shortening
7. Adjust swagging blocks closer for short pipes
8. Return upper plate and advance die using single handle
9. Use forming pump to apply pressure for desired bend angle
10. Release pressure by opening release valve after bending
11. Remove bent pipe by lifting upper plate
