Vacuum carburizing furnace is a furnace type developed on the basis of double chamber oil quenching vacuum furnace and combined with the characteristics of vacuum carburizing process.

Different from the two-chamber oil quenching vacuum furnace, the heating chamber is equipped with carburizing stirring device, carburizing gas supply system and carbon black treatment system. The carbon black treatment system is composed of cold trap, carbon black collector, oil filter and so on. The furnace type is also equipped with ammonia gas supply and control system. Heating elements can not be made of graphite cloth, usually graphite plates or graphite tubes.
