diesel engine maintenance
Good maintenance is an important guarantee for diesel engine to work normally and reliably and extend its service life. During the use of diesel engine, users should strictly follow the following technical maintenance items. Do a good job of maintenance. Its specific maintenance requirements and implementation cycle, according to the diesel engine service status and environmental conditions, appropriate adjustment.
(1) day maintenance
The operator of each shift must carefully fill in the operation record of the shift (see Appendix III), and record in detail the parameters of the diesel engine running condition, the faults found and the measures taken. The following work shall be completed:
(1) Check the fuel tank oil level.
(2) Check the oil level of oil pan, fuel injection pump, governor, whether there is abnormal increase or decrease phenomenon, and check the oil quality condition. Add oil if necessary.
(3) Check the water level in the expansion tank or cooling pool, and add cooling water and rust prevention liquid if necessary.
(4) Check the air source pressure. When using electric motors, check the charging condition of the power supply.
(5) Wipe the surface of diesel engine.
(6) Check whether the instrument is normal.
(7) Monitor the working parameters of the diesel engine indicated by the instrument, and pay special attention to the changes in oil pressure and oil and water temperature.
(8) Observe diesel engine exhaust condition, monitor diesel engine sound. If abnormal phenomenon is found, the cause should be found in time to eliminate.
(9) Check and eliminate oil leakage, water leakage and air leakage of diesel engine, and keep the appearance and environment of diesel engine tidy and clean.
(10) Check the connection of diesel engine and the fastening of fixed parts.
(two) week maintenance
The diesel engine runs for every week. Technical maintenance of the following items shall be carried out;
(1) Complete all items specified in daily maintenance.
(2) Check and clean the air filter.
(3) The oil gun to the fuel injection pump oil volume adjustment tooth rod injection oil, so as to avoid corrosion.
(4) Discharge the water in the gas tank.
(5) Discharge the water and sediment in the fuel tank and fuel filter.
(6) Clean the respirator filter element.
(3) monthly maintenance
After every month of operation of diesel engine, technical maintenance of the following items should be carried out:
(1) Complete the daily and weekly maintenance projects.
(2) Clean the fuel filter.
(3) Check the oil filter inlet and outlet pressure difference, if the large dry 196kPa, should replace the paper filter element.
(4) Add No. 3 graphite lithium base grease to the transmission device of the injection pump and the connector, add calcium base grease to the pneumatic motor and add oil to the oil mist (see Appendix II for details).
(5) Check the electric starting motor brush. And remove carbon from the commutator.
(6) Check and adjust the valve clearance.
(7) Check and adjust the feed advance Angle of the fuel injection pump.
(8) Check the injection pressure of the injector, observe its atomization quality, and clean the injector or adjust the injection pressure.
(9) Check and clean the air filter.
(10) Check the sensor of the alarm device of the instrument monitoring system.
(11) After 250 hours of operation of the new machine, check the fastening of the cylinder head nut and the fastening of the bolts between the exhaust pipe and the cylinder head.
(12) Check the corrosion of anticorrosive zinc blocks (rods and rings) such as oil coolers, intercoolers and freshwater coolers, and replace them if necessary.
(13) Land machine: check and adjust the tensioning condition of fan drive tape.
(four) seasonal maintenance
Diesel engine in the winter, summer operation before the handover, should be carried out seasonal maintenance. The specific time should be determined according to the local climate conditions. The maintenance items are as follows:
(1) Completion date. Weekly and monthly maintenance of specified items.
(2) Clean all cooling systems. Cold areas into the winter should take heating and insulation measures (such as battery and insulation layer). Switch to antifreeze if necessary.
(3) Clean the lubrication system, check the oil quality of diesel engine oil, and replace the oil when necessary.
(4) Clean the fuel tank and replace it with the corresponding brand of diesel according to the seasonal change.
(5) Clean the oil and carbon accumulation in the volute and impeller of the supercharger compressor.
(6) Verify all instruments and instrument monitoring and alarm devices.
