The drive teeth, on the other hand, are subjected to comprehensive medium-frequency induction quenching and low-temperature tempering, achieving a surface hardness of HRC48-54 with a hardened layer depth exceeding 5-10mm (HRC45). Even in extremely harsh operating environments, these drive wheels can ensure precise power transmission, demonstrate excellent wear resistance, significantly extend the product's service life, and greatly reduce the customer's operation and maintenance costs.
