1. What Is top/carrier track ?

  The track roller is designed to convey the excavator's weight to the ground. On uneven surfaces, track rollers face significant impact stress. Hence, their support capacity is immense. Furthermore, in dusty or poor-quality settings, robust sealing is essential to protect against damage caused by dirt, sand, and water.

2. Advantages / Features

   The carrier sprocket body is crafted from materials such as 40Mn2, 40MnB, and 50Mn, selected based on specific working conditions. The wheel body undergoes precision forging and normalization processes, followed by heating and quenching via spraying. This results in a tread surface hardness of HRC52-62, with a hardened layer depth of 7-10mm (HRC45) or greater. This ensures enhanced durability in terms of impact resistance and surface wear resistance on both the outer and inner sides of the wheel body. To accommodate tropical and cold regions, the product is equipped with high-quality, standard floating oil seals and a lubriion system, ensuring that the carrier sprocket remains fully sealed and requires no maintenance even under harsh working conditions or extreme temperatures ranging from -45°C to 120°C.
