1. What Is top/carrier track ?

  The primary role of the top roller is to provide support to the track from beneath, ensuring it maintains an adequate level of tension. This, in turn, allows the machine to operate swiftly and with stability. The product is crafted from special steel and manufactured through advanced processes, with each stage of production undergoing stringent inspections to guarantee robust resistance to both pressure and tensile forces.

  The carrier sprocket body is meticulously crafted from materials like 40Mn2, 40MnB, and 50Mn, chosen specifically to meet the demands of various working conditions. The wheel body undergoes rigorous precision forging and normalization, followed by a heating and quenching process using spray techniques. This process ensures a tread surface hardness of HRC52-62, accompanied by a hardened layer depth of 7-10mm (with a hardness of HRC45) or more. This hardness and depth provide enhanced durability, particularly in terms of impact resistance and surface wear resistance, on both the outer and inner surfaces of the wheel body.

  To adapt to tropical and cold climates, the product is equipped with high-quality, standard floating oil seals and a reliable lubriion system. This ensures that the carrier sprocket remains fully sealed and maintenance-free, even under harsh working conditions or extreme temperatures ranging from -45°C to 120°C.
