This high-speed disperser mixer efficiently blends and disperses viscous materials. It can dissolve hard-to-dissolve substances like AES, AESA, and LSA during liquid production, saving energy and reducing production time.
The machine features a stepless timing device that minimizes bubble formation under low temperature and high viscosity conditions, making it ideal for liquid washing products. Finished products can be discharged via disc-valve or transfer pump.
The all-around wall scraping mixing system uses a frequency converter for speed adjustment, allowing customization for different process requirements. The high-speed homogenizer powerfully mixes solid and liquid raw materials, rapidly dissolving difficult materials.
The tank is constructed from imported three-layer stainless steel plate with mirror-polished surfaces, fully compliant with GMP requirements. The tank can be equipped with heating/cooling capabilities using either steam or electric heating.
