Core Features
- High-Shear Emulsifier: Adopts a rotor-stator structure (optional tooth-type or claw-type) with a speed range of 2,500–8,000 RPM. It effectively breaks down oil droplets and solid particles (e.g., powder thickeners, active ingredients in cosmetics), promoting the formation of a stable water-in-oil (W/O) or oil-in-water (O/W) emulsion, avoiding stratification or sedimentation of finished products.
- High-Pressure Homogenizer: Built-in homogenizing valve (working pressure: 20–50 MPa) further refines emulsion particles to 1–5 μm, improving product texture (e.g., making creams smoother, shampoos more foamy) and enhancing the absorption of active ingredients in cosmetic products.
- Anchor-Type Agitator: Suitable for high-viscosity materials (e.g., facial creams, thick liquid soaps). It rotates at a low speed (30–150 RPM) to scrape the tank wall and bottom, preventing material adhesion and ensuring uniform heat transfer during temperature control.
- Paddle-Type Agitator: Used for medium-low viscosity materials (e.g., shampoos, liquid detergents). It operates at a medium speed (150–300 RPM) to drive large-scale material circulation, accelerating the mixing of oil-water phases and additives.
- Frequency Conversion Control: The agitator speed can be steplessly adjusted via the control panel, allowing flexible matching with different formulation processes (e.g., slow stirring during additive addition, fast stirring during initial mixing).
- Tank Material: The inner tank and contact parts with materials are made of 316L stainless steel (resistant to corrosion by acidic or alkaline raw materials in cosmetics and chemicals), while the outer shell uses 304 stainless steel for durability.
- Hygiene Structure: The tank has a seamless welding structure with no dead corners, and the internal surface is polished to Ra ≤ 0.4 μm, reducing material residue and facilitating cleaning. The tank lid is equipped with a sealed silicone gasket to prevent external contamination (e.g., dust, microorganisms) and volatile loss of raw materials (e.g., fragrances in cosmetics).
- Dual-Layer Jacket: The tank is wrapped with a jacketed layer that supports heating (via steam or electric heating tube) and cooling (via chilled water). Temperature control range: 5°C–120°C, with precision ±0.5°C, meeting the needs of processes such as melting wax in cream production and cooling heat-sensitive ingredients (e.g., probiotics in cosmetics).
- Safety Features: Equipped with over-temperature protection (automatically stops heating when temperature exceeds the set value), over-pressure protection (relieves pressure when homogenization pressure is too high), and motor overload protection. The tank lid is designed with a safety interlock—agitation and homogenization systems stop running when the lid is opened to avoid operator injury.
- Intelligent Control Panel: Touchscreen operation interface displays key parameters in real time (temperature, agitator speed, homogenization pressure, processing time) and supports setting and storing 10+ formulation processes, realizing standardized production.
- Cleaning Convenience: The tank is equipped with a CIP (Clean-in-Place) cleaning system (with 360° rotating spray nozzles) for automated cleaning, reducing manual labor. For manual cleaning, the tank lid can be fully opened, and the agitator and homogenizer parts can be disassembled.

After-sales Service
1.Warranty time: one year, from the date which the product is qualified commissioning.
Any damage except the wrong operation during warranty period is repaired freely.But the travel and hotel expenses should be count on buyer.
2. Commissioning services: the product's installation and commissioning at the demand side, our engineers will not leave there until get your agreement.
3. Training services: our engineers will train your staff to operate it during the period of installation and commissioning,
and they will not leave there until your staff can operate it properly and normally.
4. Maintenance services: any malfunction happened, once you inquiry us, we will reply you within 48 hours except the special reasons.
5. Lifelong services: we provide lifelong services for all the products we sold out, and supply the spare parts with discount
price.
6. Certificate services: we can provide related certificates to customers freely according to the request of customers.
7. Inspection services: you can ask the third part inspection company or your inspector to inspect the products before shipment.
8. The file: the Manual Specification, report of the material which used to the equipment and other documents related to the GMP authentication information will be provided by us.
