3.1 Core Specifications
- Homogenization Capacity: 200L–500L per batch (matching the 500L steam jacketed tank’s output)
- Shear Mechanism: Rotor-stator structure (rotor speed: 3,000–10,000 RPM; stator with 3–5 layers of shear teeth)
- Homogenization Pressure: Equivalent shear force: 10–30 MPa (adjustable via rotor speed); particle size reduction range: 1–10μm (for liquid soap) / 5–20μm (for grease)
- Material Contact Parts: 316L stainless steel (resistant to grease additives and liquid soap surfactants), polished to Ra ≤ 0.4μm for easy cleaning
- Sealing System: Magnetic drive seal (no mechanical contact, zero leakage) for the rotor shaft, suitable for high-speed rotation and preventing contamination of materials (critical for food-grade liquid soap)
- Control System: PLC control panel with touchscreen, supporting setting and storage of 20+ homogenization parameters (rotor speed, duration, temperature); real-time display of operating status
- Power Supply: 380V/3Phase/50Hz (motor power: 7.5kW–11kW, depending on homogenization capacity)
3.2 Applicable Scenarios
- Grease Homogenization: Breaking down agglomerated thickener particles (e.g., lithium soap crystals) in grease, improving grease consistency and reducing friction coefficient of the final product.
- Liquid Soap Homogenization: Refining emulsion particles in liquid soap, enhancing product transparency (for clear liquid soap) or creaminess (for milky liquid soap), and preventing oil-water separation during storage.
- Compatible Materials: High-viscosity grease (up to 100,000 cP at 40°C), liquid soap (viscosity: 500–5,000 cP), and other emulsion-based industrial products (e.g., lubricating oils, cosmetic creams).
3.3 Operational Features
- Efficient Particle Refinement: Multi-layer rotor-stator shear teeth generate strong turbulent flow and cavitation, reducing the average particle size of grease thickeners from 50μm to 5–20μm, and liquid soap emulsion particles from 20μm to 1–10μm, improving product stability.
- Flexible Parameter Adjustment: Rotor speed adjustment allows adaptation to different materials—higher speed (8,000–10,000 RPM) for liquid soap requiring fine emulsification, lower speed (3,000–5,000 RPM) for grease to avoid excessive shear damage to base oil molecules.
- Easy Integration: Equipped with a movable frame (with locking casters) for flexible placement next to the steam jacketed tank; material inlet/outlet can be connected to the tank via hoses or pipelines, realizing continuous processing.

After-sales Service
1.Warranty time: one year, from the date which the product is qualified commissioning.
Any damage except the wrong operation during warranty period is repaired freely.But the travel and hotel expenses should be count on buyer.
2. Commissioning services: the product's installation and commissioning at the demand side, our engineers will not leave there until get your agreement.
3. Training services: our engineers will train your staff to operate it during the period of installation and commissioning,
and they will not leave there until your staff can operate it properly and normally.
4. Maintenance services: any malfunction happened, once you inquiry us, we will reply you within 48 hours except the special reasons.
5. Lifelong services: we provide lifelong services for all the products we sold out, and supply the spare parts with discount
price.
6. Certificate services: we can provide related certificates to customers freely according to the request of customers.
7. Inspection services: you can ask the third part inspection company or your inspector to inspect the products before shipment.
8. The file: the Manual Specification, report of the material which used to the equipment and other documents related to the GMP authentication information will be provided by us.
